Natasha is a warm, compassionate therapist who offers a calm and supportive space for individuals navigating life’s challenges. With a background in education, pastoral care, and the NHS, she brings a holistic, person-centred approach to therapy that honours your unique story and healing journey.
Specialising in trauma, including PTSD and C-PTSD, Natasha works holistically, recognising the emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of healing. She uses gold-standard, evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs, always working at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Natasha is committed to ethical, high-quality care. She sees every client as inherently valuable and strives to support them in rediscovering their strength, voice, and sense of hope.
Outside of therapy, Natasha enjoys peaceful moments in nature with her family and discovering new cultures through travel—experiences that continue to deepen her empathy, understanding and compassion for others.
